Community Guidelines

Effective date: February 25, 2026

These guidelines define what is expected of listings and users on fluxer.lol ("the site"). Violations may result in listing removal, rejection, or account bans.

Listing Submissions

When submitting a community or bot to the directory:

• Provide accurate information. The name, description, and metadata must truthfully represent the community or bot.
• Use a valid invite code (communities) or application ID (bots). Broken or invalid links will cause the listing to be rejected or delisted.
• Communities and bots must have an icon set on Fluxer. Listings without icons will not be approved.
• Descriptions must be appropriate and relevant. Do not use descriptions solely for advertising, keyword stuffing, or unrelated content.

Tags and Descriptions

• Select tags that accurately describe your listing. Do not use misleading tags to attract traffic.
• Descriptions support markdown formatting. Keep formatting reasonable and readable.
• Do not include links to malicious sites, phishing pages, or content that violates these guidelines.

Voting

• Vote based on genuine interest or appreciation. One vote per listing per day is enforced.
• Do not use multiple accounts to vote for the same listing.
• Do not organize or participate in vote trading, vote brigading, or any form of vote manipulation.
• Automated voting is prohibited.

Prohibited Content

Listings must not promote or contain:

• Malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Phishing or social engineering schemes.
• NSFW content without the appropriate nsfw tag.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that targets individuals or groups.
• Illegal content or services under applicable law.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Fluxer's Guidelines

All listings on the site must also comply with Fluxer's community guidelines. Communities or bots that violate Fluxer's platform rules are subject to removal from the directory, even if they do not directly violate these guidelines.

Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines through the following actions, applied at our discretion:

• Pending review. New submissions are held for review before becoming public.
• Rejection. Submissions that violate these guidelines will not be approved.
• Delisting. Active listings found to be in violation will be removed from public visibility.
• Bans. Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines, or who engage in serious violations, may be temporarily or permanently banned.

Reporting

If you find a listing that violates these guidelines, contact us at [email protected] with the listing URL and a description of the violation.

Appeals

If your listing was rejected or delisted, or if your account was banned, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. Include your username and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines at any time. Changes take effect when posted.
