This Privacy Policy describes how fluxer.lol ("the site," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information from Fluxer

When you sign in through Fluxer, we receive and store profile information from your Fluxer account, including your username, display name, profile picture, and email address.

We also temporarily access your community membership to verify ownership when you submit a community. We do not store your community membership data.

Information You Provide

When you use the site, we store:

• Listing submissions (descriptions, tags, invite codes, application IDs)
• Votes you cast
• API keys you generate

Information We Generate

We create and store the following as part of operating the service:

• Timestamps (account creation, submissions, votes, last sync)
• Ban records (if applicable)
• Rate limiting data

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Display your username and avatar on listings you own.
• Verify your ownership of communities during submission.
• Process and display your votes.
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account or submissions if necessary.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The site communicates with the Fluxer API to fetch and sync listing metadata (community names, icons, member counts, bot information) and to authenticate users via OAuth2. Avatar and icon images are served from Fluxer's CDN.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Google may process this data on servers outside your country. For details on how Google handles data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with Fluxer or any other third party beyond what is necessary for authentication and the analytics described above.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Listing data is retained for as long as the listing is active.

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data. Listings you submitted will be delisted. Anonymized vote records may be retained.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data. You can view your profile and listings through the site.
• Delete your account. Contact us to request account deletion.
• Revoke OAuth2 access. You can revoke the site's access to your Fluxer account through Fluxer's authorized applications settings. This will prevent you from signing in but will not automatically delete your data. Contact us if you also want your data removed.

Children's Privacy

The site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that data promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
