Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fluxer.lol ("the site," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Description of Service

fluxer.lol is a community-driven directory for discovering communities and bots on the Fluxer platform. Users can browse listings, submit their own communities or bots for inclusion, vote on listings, and access a developer API.

The site is not operated by or affiliated with Fluxer. We are an independent directory that consumes Fluxer's public API.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

Accounts and Authentication

The site uses Fluxer for authentication. When you sign in, we receive profile information from your Fluxer account. We do not create separate passwords or credentials. Your ability to access the site depends on having a valid Fluxer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Fluxer account. Any actions taken through the site using your authenticated session are your responsibility.

User Submissions

You may submit communities or bots to the directory. When submitting, you provide an invite code (communities) or application ID (bots). All submissions enter a pending review state before becoming publicly visible.

By submitting a listing, you represent that:

• You are the owner or an authorized representative of the community or bot.
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• The community or bot complies with both these Terms and Fluxer's guidelines.

We reserve the right to reject, delist, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Voting

Authenticated users may vote on listings. Each user may vote on a given listing once per day. Vote manipulation, including using multiple accounts, automated voting, or vote trading, is prohibited and may result in a ban.

API Access

Authenticated users may generate an API key to access the developer API. API keys grant access to manage listings you own. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. We may revoke API keys or impose rate limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Manipulate votes through any means.
• Use the site to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Circumvent rate limits, bans, or other access restrictions.
• Scrape the site in ways that degrade service for others.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce that content as part of the directory service.

Community and bot metadata (names, icons, member counts) is sourced from Fluxer's API and remains the property of the respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on the Fluxer platform for authentication and listing metadata. We are not responsible for Fluxer's availability, data practices, or terms of service. Your use of Fluxer is governed by their own terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, delist your submissions, or ban your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Bans may be temporary or permanent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
